Ev, I am so impressed with your site, the concept, your writing and your photo's. Every page I clicked on I could not down load quickly enough. You should be so proud of yourself my friend. The prawn pasta is the same as the chicken Sambal Oeleck. I just put chilli sauce in the recipe because not everyone can get the Sambal Oeleck. Substitute the prawn with the chicken. Hope you enjoy it. Ev
